Sam and I decided to head back to Cypress Gardens so she could see the flowers there too. It had rained earlier in the afternoon, making the flowers that much more beautiful, in my opinion.

September 21st: Buccaneer Football

So here's the football field for CSU's Buccaneers. It's not very big, especially compared to so many other southern schools standards, but, it's what they have.

I'm really happy with the way this one turned out. I particularly love the gray clouds against the golden hue of the sunset, and yes, that's how it actually looked. I didn't change the color at all.

To watch take this photo would've been quite comical, I'm sure... running out into the middle of the road, laying down, trying to get what I'm looking for only to have to get up and run back to avoid being run over.

September 15th: Charleston Southern University Science Building

CSU really has a beautiful campus, especially when you consider it's size.

September 14th: Lightsey Chapel

This is Lightsey Chapel on the campus of CSU. The reflecting pool, the sunset, and a quiet evening made this particular photo excursion a very relaxing evening.

While wondering around, I came across the entrance to Cypress Gardens near Goose Creek, SC. There were some very beautiful flowers around.

Decided to head down to this pond on the corner of Buist and Spruill Ave for sunset with the wife. You'd never know how rough the surrounding neighborhood is by looking at this photo.

While going through my photo library, trying to make sense of it in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3 (which is awesome, by the way), I came across this panorama I took while I was in Hawaii for work in February of 2008. I sure wish I had the camera equipment I have now. Oh well, still a decent shot an absolutely beautiful place!

Marion Square at the corner of King St. and Calhoun St. I stood on the fountain for what seemed like hours searching for one of our friends following the Cooper River Bridge Run last April.
